摘要: A polyion complex membrane containing peroxidase and toluidine blue (PIC-POx-TB) was prepared by mixing polystyrene sulfonate, POx, TB, poly-l-lysine solutions on the glassy carbon electrode. Current response to hydrogen peroxide PIC-POx-TB electrode measured at a potential of −0.25 V vs. Ag/AgCl: time ca. 2 min, current proportional concentration up 50 μM. The lower detection limit 1 μM (signal-to-noise ratio, S/N = 3). ratio between l-ascorbate same determined be several percent. used as sensor. On electrode, glucose oxidase (GOx) attached glutaraldehyde method. GOx-PIC-POx-TB for detection. Response 100 μM, 5 (S/N not affected l-ascorbate.
