摘要: This study examined the effect of type, amount, and frequency feeding carbohydrates on muscle glycogen resynthesis after running. Trained male runners performed a 16.1 km run at 80% VO2 max to decrease gastrocnemius levels. A complex or simple carbohydrate diet (approximately 3000 kcal) resulted in similar levels 24 h exercise. Forty-eight hours exercise significantly higher (p less than 0.05) Consuming increasing amounts carbohydrate, between 88 648 g carbohydrate/day, increasingly larger (24 h) Frequent feedings high did not enhance synthesis when compared equal two meals. It appears that can be normalized daily strenuous running activity.
