摘要: Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum from 35 pairs of multiple sclerosis (MS) patients were analysed as regards mononuclear pleocytosis, concentrations total protein, immunoglobulin G A beta-trace kappa:lambda ratios, well the serum/CSF ratios IgG albumin. The disability differed, whereas age duration disease similar in each pair. Similar analyses also performed on CSF 72 patients, who subdivided according to at onset severity disease. highest mean values CSF-IgG lowest found more disabled patients. abnormalities encountered often pronounced with most malignant course disease, i.e., those severe after a short (less than 10 yr) severely an early disease(less 25 yr). Contrarily, normal serum/CFS/IgG groups without years or more, observations indicate that immune response is vigorous MS late (greater showed less pronouced within CNS, irrespective occurrence disability. blood-brain barrier damage manifested by high protein low albumin ratios. long had content CSF, probably sign destruction brain matter.
