摘要: Abstract Cupric acetate (3% in 8% phosphoric acid) as a charring agent reacts only with unsaturated phospholipids while cupric sulfate (10% both saturated and phospholipids. Thus, the amount of phospholipid zone on thin layer chromatogram (TLC) can be calculated by difference reactivity. An evaluation methods shows that direct application biological samples to TLC for separation quantitation is reproducible. The use these techniques number different described.
