摘要: The ultrastructure of the organic matrix demineralized urinary stones was examined by standard transmission and scanning electron microscopy as well after malachite green-glutaraldehyde fixation. Crystal ghosts both calcium oxalate phosphate were made amorphous material dispersed in a containing amorphous, fibrillar, membranous substances. Malachite green positive seen to be associated with ghosts, fibrillar components matrix. Calcium calcium-phosphate crystals, induced human urine vitro also found an lipids proteins. It is suggested that intimate association between crystals result involvement cellular membranes nucleation these crystals.
