摘要: The specific features of the dielectric and pyroelectric responses a solid solution in barium-doped multicomponent yPbZn1/3Nb2/3O3-mPbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-nPbNi1/3Nb2/3O3-xPbTiO3 system composition y = 0.0982, m 0.4541, n 0.1477, x 0.3 near morphotropic phase boundary have been investigated. It has assumed that maxima revealed dependences reversible permittivity on electric field strength with both forward backward changes (E=) are associated induced transition. Based experimental results, E-T diagrams constructed temperature range from −100 to 150°C for different temperature-field regimes: (i) variation E= at fixed sample (ii) constant value E=. found there is singular point diagram that, vicinity this point, studied ceramics exhibit features.
