摘要: ABSTRACTIn this work the dielectric response of ceramic solid solutions Pb(1-x)Bax(Mg1/3Nb2/3)m(Zn1/3Nb2/3)y(Ni1/3Nb2/3)nTizO3 (x = 0–0.15, m 0.4541, y 0.0982, n 0.1477, z 0.3) were studied. The existence two types singular points on phase diagrams: tricritical point x-T diagram and critical “liquid-vapor” type in E-T found. Last detected for first time samples multicomponent solutions. It is shown that there an increase (tricritical point) pyroelectric (critical responses near observed points.
