摘要: Src is a nonreceptor type protein tyrosine kinase and prototype of family consisting eight members in vertebrates: Src, Yes, Fyn, Fgr, Lyn, Hck, Lck, Blk. an evolutionary well-conserved gene vertebrates with homologs expressed invertebrates. When compared other 1 kinases the human genome, largest, its very closely related to each other, particularly those within two subgroups (Fig. 1). Such high degree similarity also present receptor families, e.g., epidermal growth factor (EGFR) family, which most similar Interestingly, presence many close corresponds their biological activity, linked physical functional association at plasma membrane (1).
