摘要: Management of coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with severe aortic stenosis (AS) referred for transcatheter valve replacement (TAVR) is posing challenges. Due to limited and heterogeneous data on the prevalence clinical impact CAD outcomes TAVR management strategies undergoing TAVR, we performed a comprehensive review literature. Significant present 40% 75% TAVR. The after remains understudied. Based existing data, not all require revascularization before Percutaneous intervention (PCI) should be considered severely stenotic lesions proximal coronaries that subtend large area myocardium at risk. Ongoing studies randomizing surgical or percutaneous AS will help provide valuable regarding outcomes, role PCI, its timing relation
