摘要: In 2 of 16 cases with sporadic amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) large numbers axonal swellings were observed in the corticospinal tracts over a region extending from posterior limbs internal capsules to bulbar pyramids. On electron microscopy, these seen consist accumulations neurofilaments and altered neuronal organelles (mitochondria secondary lysosomes). Their morphology differed spheroids anterior horn ALS.
