摘要: We examined the brains of 27 amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) patients and 50 controls by light, electron immunoelectron microscopy. Ubiquitin-positive intraneuronal inclusions were seen in hippocampal granular cell layer entorhinal cortex 7 out ALS patients. Similar could not be same areas controls. They on light microscope staining, nor did they show anilinophilia, argentophilia or congophilia. reacted with other antibodies including neurofilament, tau paired helical filament (PHF). Immunoelectron microscopy preembedding method using anti-ubiquitin antibody showed those consist loosely arranged lineal filaments materials. These results suggest that ubiquitin-related cytoskeletal abnormalities are present cerebral non-motor small neurons some sporadic
