摘要: A UV-visible spectroscopic detection method of kanamycin was successfully developed based on target-induced growth gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), using AuNPs as the probe and a kanamycin-specific aptamer recognition element. Firstly, incubated with AuNPs, which blocked surface inhibited further AuNPs. However, bound high affinity, competitively desorbed exposed Then, proceeded by addition NH2OH HAuCl4. After color maximum absorption wavelength AuNP solution changed, utilized to determine concentration kanamycin. Under optimized conditions, proposed assay showed sensitivity specificity for kanamycin, linear range from 20 100 nM, limit 9.21 nM. Moreover, has been applied detect in honey samples without pretreatment. Therefore, it great application prospects residual food, medicine water environments.
