摘要: The concentration of serotonin (ST), noradrenalin, and adrenalin in the blood, cerebrospinal fluid, certain brain structures monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity were investigated course experimental allergic encephalomyelitis dogs. In preparalytic period a tendency was observed for ST to fall catecholamine rise. stage clinical manifestations accompanied by lowering level white matter hemispheres generalized inhibition adrenergic structures. No significant change MAO found, so that disturbance biosynthesis monoamines as result immune aggression could be possible cause monoaminergic system.
