摘要: Abstract Background. Congenital absence of the vas deferens has been considered a virtually untreatable cause male sterility. Furthermore, sperm that have not passed through at least head epididymis thought to be incapable causing pregnancy. We attempted determine whether human had never could fertilize eggs in vitro and technique used for men with congenital deferens. Methods. Twenty-eight underwent microsurgical aspiration from vasa efferentia fertilization their wives' oocytes, subsequent transfer embryos. Thirty-two treatment cycles were begun (four repeat cycles).
