摘要: Gastric schwannomas are rare mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. They usually misdiagnosed as other submucosal preoperatively. Experience imaging features gastric is extremely limited. In this report, we summarize a series endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) images in an effort to improve diagnosis and differential rate. We retrospectively reviewed endosonographic four patients with their computed tomography results. had heterogeneous hypoechogenicity or isoechogenicity, well-demarcated margin. The originated from fourth layer. Cystic changes calcification were uncommon. Marginal hypoechoic haloes observed two patients. results described here different those previous studies. EUS evaluation, internal echogenicity was low, but slightly higher than that muscularis propria. These might help us differentiate tumors. Further investigation needed these
