摘要: Here we report the cloning and expression of chick TPTE, avian ortholog mammalian pTEN2 gene. In embryo, cTPTE begins at HH (Hamburger Hamilton) stage 18 is restricted to tubular structures developing kidney. mesonephros, localizes proximal tubules. adult kidney no longer detectable. The data presented here suggest that plays an important role in regulation embryonic function.
