摘要: A method of fabricating headed-shank parts from high-strength two-phase titanium alloys characterized by using an oxalate coating capable forming a fine-crystalline salt film, cold shaping the shank reduction, and simultaneous heading rolling radius under head. The is reduced headed at speed 0.5 - 1.0 m/s. use cold-shaping speeds within above-mentioned limits has made it possible to automatic cold-heading machines thus raising productivity process 20 30 times producing higher quality. can be widely used for making such as rivets, bolts, screws, rivet-bolts core rivets.
