摘要: In current practice, optimal placement of deep brain stimulators (DBSs) is an iterative procedure. A target chosen pre-operatively based on anatomical landmarks identified MR images. This point used as initial position that refined intra-operatively using both micro-electrode recordings and macro-stimulation. We hypothesize boundaries nuclei sub-nuclei not visible in the anatomic images can be resolved atlases include electrophysiological information, thus improving pre- intra-operative guidance. this work we report our progress toward creating such atlas. also present results have obtained atlas points for automatic pre-operative selection targets. demonstrate selected with are closer to final than manually.
