摘要: A convenient form of the Peierls-Hubbard Hamiltonian is obtained for case when Hubbard repulsion largest energy parameter. It allows to consider in spin-wave approximation properties one-hole low-lying excitations a 2d lattice. For parameters approximately corresponding La2CuO4 it shown that hole polarons CuO2 planes lightly doped samples are large size with solitonlike-shaped highly asymmetric wave function oriented along diagonals or small depending on value electron-phonon coupling.
