摘要: The fundamental importance of understanding the primary effects ionizing radiations in liquid phase and solutions is emphasized fields such as electron transfer reactions, radical chemistry radiobiology. With advent ultrashort optical pulses powerful laser systems (TW lasers), ultrafast spectroscopic investigations might conjecture direct observation events induced by low-energy (photons) high-energy (relativistic electrons) radiations. different points discussed this paper concern investigation short-time solvent caging on elementary reactions homogeneous nascent spurs.
