摘要: Salmonella is distributed worldwide and a pathogen of economic public health importance. As multi-host with long environmental persistence, it suitable model for the study wildlife-livestock interactions. In this work, we aim to explore spill-over between free-ranging wild boar livestock in protected natural area NE Spain presence antimicrobial resistance. prevalence, serotypes diversity were compared boars, sympatric cattle boars from cattle-free areas. The effect age, sex, herd size on probability infection was explored by means Generalized Linear Models selection based Akaike's Information Criterion. Prevalence higher co-habiting (35.67%, CI 95% 28.19-43.70) than areas (17.54%, 8.74-29.91). Probability being carrier increased but decreased host age. Serotypes Meleagridis, Anatum Othmarschen isolated concurrently boars. Apart shared cattle, appear have their own serotypes, which are also found (Enteritidis, Mikawasima, 4:b:- 35:r:z35). Serotype richness (diversity) evenness not altered introduction cattle. finding S. Mbandaka strain resistant sulfamethoxazole, streptomycin chloramphenicol Enteritidis ciprofloxacin nalidixic acid cause concern.
