摘要: The effect of a dopamine agonist, bromocriptine, on ventricular fibrillation (VF) threshold was studied in anaesthetised dogs. Bromocriptine produced an increase 50% VFT. Pretreatment with the antagonist haloperidol abolished effects bromocriptine VF as did pretreatment peripheral antagonist, domperidone. It is concluded that reduces vulnerability nonischaemic canine ventricle to fibrillation. This most probably mediated by presynaptic stimulation dopaminergic receptors, thereby inhibiting noradrenaline release.
