摘要: Abstract The effects of bromocriptine, sulpiride or their combination on free amino acids in the kidneys and heart after acute chronic treatment rats were investigated, using an automatic LKB Amino Acid Analyzer. Bromocriptine at a single dose 4 10 mg/kg (i.p.) did not affect level any acid; however, 20 it significantly elevated content taurine kidney from 7.00 ± 0.30 to 9.70 0.1 22.9 1.7 30 1.2 μ mol/g wet tissue (P N = 7). It also increased glutamic acid 3 4.5 0.25 −1 · day ) for 5 weeks 7.2 0.3 (control) 11.1 0.90 23.1 38.8 1.8 tissue. cardiac 4.8 0.24 2 receptors by bromocriptine. Due similarities between bromocriptine affected renal actions, is suggested that mobilization may least part contribute towards bromocriptine-induced actions.
