摘要: This paper presents an innovative traffic signal control algorithm, the IntelliGreen Algorithm (IGA), that utilizes IntelliDriveSM technologies to improve efficacy of signals. The IGA takes a novel approach using k-means clustering and is fully decentralized. A VISSIM model real-world arterial was used evaluate its performance compared actuated timing plan. consistently improved mobility, sustainability as volumes increased, even at lower IntelliDrive market penetration levels. results demonstrate power data decentralized can achieve system-wide benefits computational costs.
