摘要: We investigated the activity of curcumin against Proteus mirabilis and struvite crystallization in relation to urinary stones formation. In order evaluate an we performed vitro experiment growth from artificial urine. The process was induced by mimic real tract infection, which usually leads stone results demonstrate that exhibits effect inhibiting urease—an enzyme produced these microorganisms. Addition increases induction time decreases efficiency compared with absence curcumin. Interestingly, addition does not affect crystal morphology habit. conclusion, has demonstrated its significant potential be further for use case
