摘要: Purpose) This study aimed to investigate the components of urinary crystallites in 275 cases patients with calcium oxalate (CaOx) stones compared stones. (Methods) X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrometer, selected area electron (SAED) and fast Fourier transformation (FFT) high-resolution transmission microscopy (HRTEM) were performed. (Results) The main CaOx monohydrate (COM), uric acid (UA), dihydrate (COD) phosphate (CaP), which similar (COM, COD, UA, CaP). (Conclusions) formation stone was related presence COM, CaP crystals urine. UA could induce development by heterogeneous nucleation. mechanism influential factors discussed on basis crystallites.
