摘要: Time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry was used to study four human calculi and compare the results with those from twelve commercially available urinary minerals including three organic compounds (L-cystine, uric acid sodium urate). Phase identification of calcium phosphate carried out by considering relative abundances [Ca 2 O] + [CaPO ] . Deprotonated [M-H] - protonated [M+H] were detected for component recognition in pure mixed samples struvite, oxalate acid. Iodine related medical history a patient also detected.
