摘要: Abstract Three simple, specific, accurate and precise spectrophotometric methods depending on the proper selection of two wavelengths are developed for simultaneous determination Amlodipine besylate (AML) Atorvastatin calcium (ATV) in tablet dosage forms. The first method is new Ratio Difference method, second Bivariate third one Absorbance method. calibration curve linear over concentration range 4–40 8–32 μg/mL AML ATV, respectively. These tested by analyzing synthetic mixtures above drugs they applied to commercial pharmaceutical preparation subjected drugs. Methods validated according ICH guidelines accuracy, precision, repeatability robustness found be within acceptable limit. mathematical explanation procedures illustrated.
