摘要: Resolution of binary mixture atorvastatin (ATV) and amlodipine (AML) with minimum sample pretreatment without analyte separation has been successfully achieved using a rapid method based on partial least square analysis UV–spectral data. Multivariate calibration modeling procedures, traditional squares (PLS-2), interval (iPLS) synergy (siPLS), were applied to select spectral range that provided the lowest prediction error in comparison full-spectrum model. The simultaneous determination both analytes was possible by PLS processing absorbance between 220-425 nm. correlation coefficients (R) root mean squared cross validation (RMSECV) for ATV AML synthetic 0.9991, 0.9958 0.4538, 0.2411 best siPLS models respectively. optimized used amostatin commercial tablets. proposed are simple, fast, inexpensive do not need any or preparation methods.
