摘要: The knowledge of actual value surface tension is important for the understanding to several soldering aspects, such as wetting, joint shape, fluxing action and, particularly, quantification solderability testing. High required wave soldering. Values are mainly caused by measurement conditions (temperature, ambient - air, inert atmosphere different composition etc.). We have measured influence reduced oxygen concentration on wetting force. change force related tension. used a balance technique measure which depends changing concentration. was carried out two types solders (Sn63Pb37 and Sn95,5Ag3,8Cu0,7) non-wetting specimen (teflon non-stick cylinder).
