摘要: Herpes simplex virus (HSV) is one of the most regular human pathogens, being a public health problem, and causal agent several diseases. Poliovirus (PV) an enteric about 1% infected individuals develop paralytic poliomyelitis due to viral invasion central nervous system destruction motor neurons. This work evaluated activity sulfated polysaccharide Caesalpinia ferrea (SPLCf) in HSV PV replication. The antiviral effect SPLCf at varying concentrations was tested by plaque assay under protocols, such as time-of-addition, adsorption penetration inhibition virucidal. Syntheses protein nucleic acid were also monitored immunofluorescence PCR. inhibited steps after penetration, synthesis protein. Virucidal shown concurrent with positive results. Our findings suggested that substance low toxicity represent potential inhibitor.
