摘要: Capillary electrophoresis (CE) is an extremely efficient separations tool which can also be used to determine fundamental molecular parameters, e.g., the electrophoretic mobility of a molecule. We have studied changes in CE estimated thyrotropin releasing hormone (TRH) as function pH and ionic strength. Further, we estimate mobilities two synthetic analogs TRH examine behavior positive (basic) negative (acidic) peptides under conditions this work. These data were then compared with literature values iontophoretic flux these molecules similar formulation conditions. Our results suggest that could potentially assist optimization for delivery peptides.
