摘要: Abstract Transdermal iontophoresis is one of the potential enhancement strategies for delivery large and charged molecules. Insulin, a polypeptide 6 kDa was used as model peptides to understand influence peptide concentration, NaCl buffer type its concentration on transport efficiency iontophoresis. Maximum found at 3 mg/ml (75 IU/ml). The permeation insulin increase up 0.05 M decreased higher concentrations NaCl. glucose studies showed that increased in presence due ion induced convective flow. flux phthalate comparison citrate buffer, but these two buffers same NaCl, which also supported by similar trend conductivity values. However, solution values did not reflect co-ions counter ions across skin. Overall findings revealed like may be improved optimisation competing solution.
