摘要: Objective: In this study, the effects of scalp acupuncture on number apoptotic cells and indexes were deterrmined in rats with intrauterine hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD), inhibitory mechanism mitochondrial pathway, mediated apoptosis repair ischemia hypoxia was examined. Methods: A clip applied to uterine artery for 5 min before a cesarean section performed rat model. The divided into normal group (n = 24), model 24). Rats treated continuous head beginning 28th day after birth. sacrificed at days 35 , 42 49 samples analyzed by TUNEL staining obtained from cerebral cortex. each 8) determined compared. An immunohistochemical assay cortex examine BrdU Nestin expression. Results: Compared group, the significantly higher increased over time, (P < 0.05). expression than group, lower decrease time. decreased, while increased. Conclusion: Acupuncture can reduce inhibited neural stem cells, promoting injured neurons via cells.
