摘要: The paper presents the translation of a new measurement tool, DASH Questionnaire. (Disability Arm--Shoulder--Hand) is an outcomes data collection instrument which has been developed by "American Academy Orthopaedic Surgeons", Council "Musculoskeletal Specialty Societies", and "Institute for Work Health", in order to assess among patient groups with musculoskeletal disorders. Using self-report system, patients attribute scores 1 5 on 30 items relating functional activities symptoms; further optional module contains four disability levels musicians athletes. raw score then transformed 0 100 scale, whereby reflects minimum maximum disability. subjective nature this makes it suitable both postal or situ clinical surveys. process validation use German population.
