摘要: Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were discovered in 1991 and shown to have certain unique physicochemical properties, attracting considerable interest their application various fields including drug delivery. The properties of CNTs such as ease cellular uptake, high loading, thermal ablation, among others, render them useful for cancer therapy. Cancer is one the most challenging diseases modern times because its therapy involves distinguishing normal healthy cells from affected cells. Here, play a major role phenomena EPR, allow distinguish ones, Holy Grail Considerable work has been done on delivery systems over last two decades. However, concerns issues biocompatibility toxicity raised warrant extensive research this field.
