摘要: Breastmilk yields and its composition during the 1st 6 months of lactation were measured in 46 women with low weight-for-height 3rd trimester pregnancy (WH minus group) 52 mothers good same period group). On average WH produced 695 g/24 hours plus 790 g. In Wh group yield was affected by feeding frequency season energy intake infants weight-for-age. parity sex variables affecting outcome (male consumed more milk). The difference between corrected for significant but only 80 hours. Protein lactose concentrations milk both groups comparable that British fat lower. (authors modified)
