摘要: Cultivable bacteria colonizing deteriorated modern painting on canvas were identified in order to evaluate their potential deteriorate organic and inorganic painting's constituents. Different sampling cultivation strategies enabled isolation of belonging nine genera Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria phyla. Overall predominant species Bacillus (51%) Staphylococcus (36%) genera. Representatives six different (Staphylococcus, Acinetobacter, Agrococcus, Janibacter, Rhodococcus, Stenotrophomonas) isolated for the first time from canvas. Almost all produced proteases, esterases, lipases, which may be involved deterioration binders media. Bacteria expressing endocellulase reported. Selected bacterial isolates tested ability pigments. All able grow presence Ivory black, Red Yellow ochre, as a sole source phosphate iron, inducing fading. The majority induced solubilization Zinc white Cobalt deep green. Cadmium red pigment that inhibited growth half proven most toxic pigment. Isolated equipped with required metabolic prerequisites pose threat whole.
