摘要: We report the formation of hierarchically ordered polymer nanofiber structures, named as shish kebabs (NFSKs), by combining electrospinning and controlled crystallization. Nanofibers were produced polycaprolactone (PCL), which was used shish, a secondary [either PCL or PCL-b-poly(ethylene oxide)] decorated on an incubation (slow crystallization) solvent evaporation (fast method to form kabab lamellae. Selected area electron diffraction experiment showed that crystal c axis is parallel fiber in both kebabs. The mechanism attributed soft epitaxy where crystallographic registration between kebab not needed. In block copolymer NFSKs, nanofiber-induced crystallization brings vicinity nanofibers, further phase separated into lamellar structure templated nanofiber. result...
