摘要: The Swedish Family-Cancer Database was used to analyze relationships between parents and offspring with in situ cancers one generation invasive cancer the other generation. A total of 130,000 close 400,000 were included from 1959 1994. data on family came registered sources should be free bias. offsprings' familial relative risks (FRRs) calculated for concordant discordant parental sites. most common male site skin (both melanoma precancerous epithelial lesion), whereas cervix, breast, female Increased FRRs observed sites: colon, (melanoma), and, males, lesions. findings consistent when cancer-in cancer-invasive explored. higher colon than respective estimates cancers, remaining sites, they equal or somewhat lower.
