摘要: We used the nationwide Swedish Family-Cancer Database to assess familial risks sibs in sibsibs where at least two had concordant cancer and their parents either or discordant cancer. Familial relative (FRRs) were calculated by comparing sib-pairs whose no Cancer sites included if ten such found. In situ cancers order increase numbers of cases. Concordant triads, one parent sib-pair affected, an FRR over 100 for thyroid (FRR 399), colon, all bowel, ovarian these cancers, some 40% more belonged this group. Melanoma nervous system showed FRRs about 20, invasive breast only 2.9; than 10% triads. Discordant family sets, presenting with a from that sib-pair, 3.0 2.0, suggesting involvement effects shared many forms Genet. Epidemiol. 19:149–159, 2000.© 2000 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
