摘要: The genetic and environmental components in 15 common cancers were estimated using the nationwide Swedish Family-Cancer Database. Tetrachoric correlations used to describe similarity cancer liability among family members. Structural equation modeling was derive estimates of importance effects. Statistically significant proportion susceptibility, accounted for by effects, obtained all studied except leukemia. estimate highest thyroid (53%), followed tumors at endocrine glands (28%), testis (25%), breast cervix (22%), melanoma (21%), colon (13%), nervous system (12%), rectum non-Hodgkin lymphoma (10%), lung (8%), kidney urinary bladder (7%), stomach (1%) leukemia (1%). shared effects ranged from 0% (cervix) 15% (stomach). childhood most important testicular (17%), (13%) situ (13%). Our results indicate that environment has a principal causative role sites thyroid. relatively large effect heritability some sites, on other hand, indicates even though susceptibility genes have been described many they are likely explain only part
