摘要: Wind energy is an unpredictable and fluctuating source. A nearly random wind speed blade rotational turbulence can produce fluctuations in the output power consequently voltage of system. The turbines fluctuates due to variations. This makes undispatchable, causing frequency deviations when penetration significant. has impact on balance at point common coupling (PCC). Energy storage devices such as batteries, ultracapacitors, magnetic systems flywheels be utilized a hybrid system mitigate effects this problem. paper uses Ultracapacitors doubly-fed induction generators (DFIG) support short-term high fluctuations.
