摘要: All-organic field effect transistors on flexible plastic substrates have been fabricated. A thin Mylar® foil acts both as substrate and gate dielectric. The contacts fabricated with poly(ethylene-dioxythiophene)/polystyrene sulfonate (PEDT/PSS) by means of soft lithography. active layer (pentacene) is vacuum sublimed the prepatterned film in case bottom-contact devices or, top-contact devices, sublimation made advance. On opposite side foil, a PEDT/PSS film, acting electrode, spin coated. comparison between shows interesting characteristics marked difference ID versus VD curve that can be mainly attributed to different quality PEDT/PSS-semiconductor contact. flexibility obtained structure easy scalability technological process open way for economic production high resolution organic devices.
