摘要: Cell-mediated autoimmunity has been suggested to be involved in the melanocyte apoptosis that occurs vitiligo. We investigated cytotoxicity autologous melanocytes of CD8+ T cells from perilesional margins and peripheral blood samples vitiligo patients. isolated skin biopsied edges depigmented patches patients or same donors were proliferated culture medium. The primary cultures mixed at ratios 1:1, 1:2 1:5 incubated for 3 days. was analyzed by flow cytometry. Secreted cytokines selected measured cytokine arrays. results show successfully margins. This cell population showed a significantly higher percentage CD69 expression (56.13±3.55 versus 29.93±2.35%, p<0.01) CD137 (41.74±1.06 25.97±1.63%, compared with donors. co-culturing lesional induced (16.63±1.21, 16.71±0.63 18.32±1.60% 1:5, respectively). IL-6 levels much co-culture (3.01-fold than monoculture 17.32-fold T-cell monoculture). also demonstrated secrete more IL-13. Taken together, our data demonstrate infiltration active takes place Those present activation their counterparts samples. These suggest are likely pathogenesis
