摘要: A concept is developed for the regulation of populations by density-dependent movement, rather than overt competition alone. Fitness seen as maximising reproductive advantage a balance between migratory and congregatory behaviours. Population density shown to be spatially, well temporally dynamic mechanism proposed that accounts observed spatial behaviour.
