摘要: Abstract Background Improving survival of random skin flaps has important implications reconstruction, and various kinds agents have been tested for this purpose. In study, the effects Xuebijing (XBJ) injection on flap in rats were evaluated. Materials methods McFarlane established 40 divided into two groups. XBJ was injected test group, same concentration saline controls. Tissues stained with hematoxylin eosin stain immunohistochemically evaluated, area flaps, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde contents examined. Results Compared control we found mean group significantly larger, expression vascular endothelial growth factor dismutase activity increased markedly level lower, eosin–stained slices showed that inflammation clearly inhibited group. Conclusions summary, improved flaps.
