摘要: Abstract The power conversion efficiency (PCE) of P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction solar cells highly depend on the processing conditions blend film. Among many factors investigated, effect solution temperature for spin casting PCE is currently missing in literature. In this work, we have systematically analyzed cell performance layer. We found that ideal ∼60 °C blends. Further annealing does not change surface morphology substantially at as opposed to films prepared other temperatures.
