摘要: The biomedical applications of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been intensively investigated. However, poor water dispersibility and obvious toxicity pristine CNTs are still two major issues for their applications. Although great efforts devoted to solving these problems, a simple effective strategy preparation with high desirable biocompatibility is research interest. Herein, surface modification biocompatible polymer polyethylene glycol (PEG) via mussel inspired has developed. as well PEGylated (named CNT-poly(PEGMA-co-IA-DA)) was subsequently These showed remarkable enhancement in aqueous organic solvents. More importantly, evidenced by cell viability reactive oxygen species results, negative toward cancer cells. Therefore the described this work can provide general platform fabrication multifunctional biomaterials various because advantages chemistry excellent properties materials.
