摘要: Several genera of bacteria and yeast have been reported as probiotics. The most used are the genus Lactobacillus, Bifidobacteruin Saccharomyces. Although benefits its use widely reported, selection probiotic strains with effective capacity has a complex process that must take into account efficacy safety conditions.
